I come up with quick little stories now and then. And bust them out at bedtime for my sweetheart, the times that I have a sweetheart.
Here's one:
So many young boys and girls learn their first lessons about life through their pets. And the story of Miles Leconte is no different. This kid wanted a pet so bad, but his parents weren't willing to fork over any money for the cause, they said he would have to save up. And he did. He put away all his allowance. He even took to skipping lunch at school a couple days a week so he could keep that money, too. A few months passed and he had just enough cash for his pet of choice, a rock. Miles sure did love that fucking rock. At first. Then time pressed on and Miles started to forget about his pet. Miles eventually got interested in girls, and that took up most of his time. Well, girls didn't take up much of his time, it was mostly this sort of homoerotic violence between Miles and his friends that took up the time, and then fifteen years later, Miles finally scored with a girl. And no thanks to that crummy rock he had long since abandoned.
