has anyone read these? i love them, they are a fantasy seiries about a girl called maerad(pronounced my-rad)who has 'the gift' or 'the speech'

am particually intrested at the end of the riddle when maerad confesses her love of arkan to cadvan, and i was quite sad about zelika at the end of the crow

When I found The Riddle in the bookstore instead of my mom embarassing me,I embarassed her.:DAnd at Christmas I constantly asked for The Crow and nothing more.:pWhen I opened my gifts The Crow wasn't there.:(I was a little disappointed because I got a digital camera in it's place. But when my mom brought it out from the other room I thanked her endlessley and ploped down on the couch and read it in two days.:D

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

OMG!

you neglected your CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.....(shocked silence)

heres soem advice,at cristmas,be REALLY nice and stuff to your parents and milk out every present you can get, youd be suprised how many extra presents you can wheedle out of your parents by offering to vacum the stairs and wash the car once or twice

so if youd done that, you could have gotten your camera, the crow, and lots more

and you make it sound like you read the riddle first?what about the gift?(in usa its the naming)

Actually I came across The Naming in a really funny way.It was the first one I read.
I was just browsing in a bookstore with my stepsister. She was really excited because she got to buy a new book. And back then(which was like last year)I kind of lost my interest in reading.I pulled the book of the shelf because the cover looked kind of interesting.I didn't really want it but my stepmother popped up out of nowhere and started saying in a really excited voice,"Do you want that book?Go ahead and get it.I'll buy it for you.Come on,your sister is buying one."She scared the crap out of me and I just said,"Sure...I guess I'll get it."
So I bought It and left it alone on the shelf for two weeks, not really bothering to read it until my stepmother wouldn't stop asking if I had read it.I picked it up and began to read it and thought it was boring at first.*ducks*so I left it alone for ANOTHER two weeks and came back to it.When Cadvan came into the story I couldn't put it down.I read it for a long time and my stepsister kept getting frustrated with me cause I wouldn't stop reading it.And when I found out there was a sequal I looked for it EVERYWHERE!!!! I didn't find it until months later like almost two months before christmas.I have reread each of the books like three times now.
And I'm a really simple girl.I don't ever ask for much. And the camera broke a week after I got it and the pictures were always fuzzy. The best present I have ever gotten(besides The Crow)was probably my 5 cd stereo, that is also the most expensive.
I find this really funny,The Singing comes out a week after my birthday exactly.:D sorry rambling now

when does the singing come out in the uk again?

is it in july or september?

i hope its july,my birthday is then!

neither can I.it comes out on the ninth in the US and I think it comes out on the same day in the UK,but not sure exactly.

Oh that is good.
I am sad:( I have to go to my dad's house for two months and his computer is really slow so I wont be able to be on as often:(
I am leaving sometime next week I think:(
But,Hey I will be coming back and I might be able to get on every once in a while.:)

:(:(WHY????WHY DID ALISON DO THAT TO POOR MAERAD,AS IF SHE HASN'T BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH,SHE HAD TO TAKE CADDERS AWAY!!!:(:( *sniffles and cries*
*wipes away tears and smiles*
at least i know what happens at the end of the riddle.:D
