I Could Pee on This And Other Poems by Cats

 I work for a company that sells pet products, we get samples of books like this all the time. Seriously, cat people are CRAZY!

Yes. We are! Love the books.

Don't get me wrong - I do LOVE crazy cat people - they keep me in a job! I probably would be considered one myself. My favorite cat has only 3 legs, a crooked tongue from a badly mended broken jaw, and a cataract in one eye which makes it completely white. Only a cat person could love him!

LOL I absolutely took it the right way kelstan! :D

And, I can see you are really a cat person, crazy or not.

We do not, however, dress our cats. They wouldn't stand for it! :p

Me and Beloved look after a cat for friends, I could've sworn this cat was herding us to bed, nice to know they do that.

Mine will also start "pacing" about 5 min before the alarm goes off in the morning...she paces on me. Anything that we do at the same time each day is anticipated by the furry clock watcher and she's first in line taking you to the task. Daytime Savings time messes her up for a couple of days.

I just ordered "I Can Pee On This..."

Hah, Daylight Savings Time messes me up for weeks! Your furry one is a quick learner.

LOL So did I. (order the book).

Two of ours run upstairs as soon as they hear us stirring in the morning. First one, then the other tramping all over us.

It's time! It's time to feed us!....Coffee? Tea?, you don't need any of that, feeding us is the priority here! heh

Do yours know what the butter wrapper sounds like? It's worse than if I open a can of tuna.

Actually, the cats we have now don't bother with the kitchen counters. Which is a welcome change to past experiences. In years past, it was hell on earth to get anything done.....had to cover everything immediately. And if the can opener was approached everyone was at attention! :D

I think what has helped is that I feed them on the opposite side of the house in an enclosed gallery and all their food (stuff) is out there. They have the run of the whole house, they simply associate food with the table out there.

I was a bad kitty mama with the little one when she was a baby, she loves butter.
Not bad! :D Somehow these cats didn't get kitchen habits. I'm not quite sure why. I think basically because.....they are lazy! lol They'd rather I bring it to them, and serve it up.

I've had cats though that loved carrots. Couldn't grate one around them!
