yea, i finished it and it really was pretty good. There's a lot of symbolism in itso now i get to pick out examples. I've decided the book it self is good. =]
I liek to make my own bookmarks on teh computer or something. Sometimes when I'm bored i'll just draw a picture on a scrap of papaer and it becomes my bookmark. A lot of times i just use whatever is around me at the time. Like a ticket stub or deflated balloon or something.
I was reading through this thread and noticed Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy is a favorite as far as humor. What kind of humor is in that book? like, who would it be appropriate to read? (age group) or is it more adult humor....?
yea, thats where ppl have been discussing it. I wonder if we can start a new dicussion on it... I've read the book and loved it. except the end when the character dies....
I think so many people read before bed because it doesn't really take time out of your day. If you either read or sleep it doesn't seem to use daylight. I think reading is also calming after a long day.
I've preferred paperback for actual reading. They're easier to travel with. If I think I'll read the book more than two or three times I'll try to get it in hardback. Then it'll last longer.
I think by the end of the series, Percy will end up going back and begging for forgivness. As you said how Sirius's death was so sudden, I think/hope there will be more concerning him in future books.
