3 Favorite Movies

1. Fight Club
2. Secretary
3. Swingers

It was a bit hard to narrow it down to three. The rest of the favourites are:

Before Sunrise
Before Sunset
Closer
Waking Life
Cidade de Deus (City of God)
Clerks
Cruel Intentions
Serendipity
The Shawshank Redemption
Lolita
Un long dimanche de fiançailles (A Very Long Engagement)
Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, Le (Amelie)
Diarios de motocicleta (The Motorcycle Diaries)

The Princess Bride

O Brother Where Art Thou

Medicine River

Of course, it all depends on the mood of the moment..

Three that stand above all others in memory, and all seen more than once:

Gone with the wind

O Brother Where Art Thou was a good movie and funny as all get out. Gotta go now and get my hair cream. :)

Oops, I love the Classics

1) Now, Voyager
2) Dark Victory
3) My Man Godfrey
4) The Thin Man
5) All About Eve
6) Laura

There's plenty more, but I won't bore you

Edited to add: That I didn't see that novella posted before me for liking The Thin Man. Willam Powell is my favorite male actor of that time.

another classics lover

sunset boulevard
sabrina-the hepburn/holden/bogart version (and yes, I have a sweet tooth for Billy Wilder)
gone with the wind

and I must include "annie hall", even if it says 3 fav movies...

(In no particular order)

1. Dumb and Dumber
2. About a Boy
3. Nightmare Before Christmas
4. Brokedown Palace
5. Cube 1, 2, 3
6. Harry Potter 1, 2, 3

Those are just some that come to mind at the moment. I have a million favorites. :D

My top three favorites would have to be:
1. The first Matrix, I have to watch it everytime it comes on tv
2. Radio, the only movie to make me almost cry
3. Perhaps my CATS DVD, I had a year-long love affair with it in tenth grade.

hm.. we have different taste in movies, i see. i didn't like Dumb and Dumber. it just isn't my sort of comdey. i understand the artistic quality behind Nightmare Before Christmas, but again, not my type of movie. i'll watch the Harry Potter movies if come across them, but otherwise i'm not the type who cannot wait till its in the movie theaters. i dont think i saw HP3 actually.

1. All the Star Wars movies (I CANNOT pick one!)

3. It's a Wonderful Life

haha i'm one of the only people in the world who never saw the star wars movie.. and maybe the LOTR movies too.. my exbf would hum the star wars theme and i wouldn't regognize it.
