Aleister Crowley

i'm not all confident whether i can refer to this gentleman as an established writer, but I would like to know your impressions on pieces of his works such as:

The Book of the Law
The Vision and the Voice
Moonchild
Diary of a Drug Fiend
and others...

i don't necessarily consent to his ideas, but i'm curious and in my opinion his books could be a thought-provoking reading; i'm looking forward to buy some of them, if your opinions are good

I've only read one of his short stories called The Testament of Magdalen Blair which I remember being mediocre although I probably read that six or eight years ago.

Wordsworth Editions has recently released a mammoth collection of Aleister Crowley's short-stories called the Drug and other Stories. It should be a cheap and nice introduction to his fiction.
