I have just read 'War Of the Flowers' and i thought it was one of the best fantasy books I have had the pleasure to read. Tad Williams provides an insight into the main characters mind better than a first person author and his characters are imaginative, I loved Applecore, her first 'line' was...
I think I read to gain knowledge as well as for enjoyment. Obviously there is not much practical knowledge to be gained from fantasy, but many fantasy books contain useful lessons and, like all books, helps to increase reading skills and vocabulary.
Fantastic collection muggle.
I am currently lacking a digital camera driver, so I will describe my book collection. I have some large shelves beside my desk with all my fantasy, one slightly smaller set of shelves with my reference books, sci fi and everything else, currently five small piles...

I don't beleive the anagram of Leigh and Baigent bit- nobody uses the same word in an anagram, it makes it too easy to work out. I notice that many authours who write a bestseller are sued.
same here. I think I should stop using them all together - I dont know why I bother, really. Im off to discuss politics with the cat that has walked into my room, Lilly.
