    anyone interested in WWII and computers looking for a doorstop size book should give Neal Stephenson's Cryptonomicon a shot. Very interesting book about Code breaking and the birth of computers. Just about finished it. Word of warning: it is 900+ dense pages. Mike

    The Hobbit Hobbit/Lord of the Rings is one of my favorite subjects. I read the Hobbit quite a few times before I graduated to the Trilogy. Cannot recommend this book enough. Mike
