Still haven't watched Bottom myself. I've been stuck with The Young Ones repeats. Hehe.

Eddie Izzard is funny, but once you've seen a couple of his shows, I think you've seen them all. I still like him though.

I really enjoyed On Writing too, and not for the advice he gives (I don't really want to write), but for the way he gives his advice. Light and funny, which can be a nice change.

Which stand up comedians do you enjoy? I've only been to a stage show once (Geert Hoste), but I've been watching a few shows on DVD and now I'd love to branch out. Any suggestions?

That's true. The way the Book Forum is currently organised is a bit messy. The titles of most threads make no sense, stuff seems to be posted in the wrong subfora all the time and new threads are opened almost daily on things that already have a thread of their own. I really do think...
