I read the piano tuner and I liked it a lot, especially the way he describes the piano and the presence of music in that exotic, forgotten land, threatened by war.

I had to read Beloved for my exams and I liked it,tough and scary but well written and full of meaning and symbols.

For fun I think people read for entertainment.Unfortunately, more and more people don't have the time or the patience to read:confused: I heard people saying so. But those who read do it for entertainment and for the fun they get when discussing the book with some friends.:) It's what I do.

I like reading author sites, everytime I finish a new book that I like I look for the author on the net.It somehow makes the pleasure of being in the world of that book longer.
