HP & HBP: Kids or Adult Cover

Oooooo I really like that idea, I would like more to be disclosed about Snape. As has alerady been said, not long to wait now though.

    Tragedy in London

I've already spoken to Phil today, who was at home when all this started & he said Ice wasn't working in the city today - so they are both fine. D'oh - I really should have the read the thread all the way to the end to see Ice herself had posted - glad to see you are safe & well Ice.

    Tragedy in London

London has not been plundered into chaos, and I think some news resources have been madly speculating. We are fortunate that here have been many practice runs for the emergency services for dealing with terrorist attacks & that is what they are doing. A reliable source for information is the...

    Tragedy in London

Latest reports say they strongly suspect Al Qaeda. Also, Kings Cross has still got a rescue party going & they believe there are fatalities within there.

Who do you Marry & how do you know they are the one?

Another really good discussion started by Moto I have a pretty identical point of view as Magemanda, until you are married a lot of people still don't see you as a permanent couple. I can't believe how much people's attitudes towards me changed when I got engaged, as though I was no longer a...

Trying to write as the opposite gender?

I saw that it was not hitting the required accuracy, I've tried copying a pasting a few things I've written & the majority of the time I write like a man according to that. I think they try & go by if you write more logically or passionately - not sure though.

What to call my fledgling website...?

So as this is a thread about naming websites, do we get to find out which urls you chose??? I don't normally give out my name, Sar is the first time I've signed up as something that isn't obscure (Mr-Burns being one of my old favs)

What to call my fledgling website...?

I know exactly what you mean, I don't like the fact a whois search can bring up my address :( It's good in many ways to stay secretive on the internet, you never know who anyone truly is (whichs makes me think of the Internet Lurrve thread) Ssshhh, someone might tell the police & get you...

What to call my fledgling website...?

I know what you mean, far too many sites seem to exist purely because the owner wanted a site & didn't necessarily have a decent idea for it. I studied a small amount of HCI at uni & we really had it drummed into us about the importance of content & knowing your audience. In the end, it was...

What to call my fledgling website...?

I wouldn't say that at all, do I win a prize for correctly guessing? Kristocat have you had any ideas so far then? Any inspirational suggestions?

    Any recomendations for psychological thrillers?

I really want to try out all sorts of different ones, but I guess it is mainly the fright factor I am after.

What to call my fledgling website...?

I'm also intrigued about your site, is it to do with dogs??? Erm, I think I like .net because it used to be exclusive & only for ISPs & other such technical-types, plus as .coms are 10 a penny I guess it's another way to stand out. On the subject of hyphenation, my first ever domain name I...

What to call my fledgling website...?

I personally tend to prefer .net & the last 2 domain names I have bought have reflected this fact, though admittedly most people tend to prefer .com. I think .co.uk is useful for businesses that really want to just concentrate on the UK, otherwise people just tend to assume it's only for the...

What to call my fledgling website...?

Happy First Day of Summer - Officially

Exactly! I wasn't being sarcastic at Irene, though I hate to think of getting sunburnt whilst doing such a thing  I can't believe I'd forgotten the true meaning of today

    Who Is This?

So do we know who it is yet? My ox is well & truly flummed over this one.

    Internet Lurrrve.

That is very true & the internet can be the perfect place for dishonest people to absolutely flourish. I really am sorry you had someone hurt you so badly, because oncethat's been done it does take one hell of a lot to trust again *hugs*

    Supersize Me

I hope to god no one does eat 3 fast food meals a day (even a week to be honest), but he made his dr & other health professionals know what his plan was & none of them predicted he would have such liver problems for a start.
