i read great gatsby for 10th grade honors english. it took me a few pages to get into it, but i didn't mind picking it up to read. unfortunatly a girl in my class gave away the ending -_- so i suppose it wasn't as fun to read
i keep seeing the book in my school library, but i also keep putting it off. i dunno, i guess its not really a book that i'm rushing to read, nor spend $14 on. i read amazon.com review about it, and i guess it caught my attention enough

i still never finished da vinci code. i stopped reading it when i read that angels & demons was a story prior to it. and alas, i never read angels & demons yet.
the one thing i didn't like is that Hitler and other enemies to humanity still went to heaven.. it did make sense when the last line was something about people being hell.
currently i'm reading Weetzie Bat. i dont know if i dont like it b/c its her first book and she hasn't polished her skills yet, or b/c i'm not 12/13 anymore. i dunno, it just seemed to get worse and worse. the only reason i'm finishing it is b/c its under 90 pgs and i dont like stopping midbook.
the thing that annoyed me at my school library today is that they have a lot of fiction/popular books on display, which makes finding a specific book so much harder. i like the idea when i'm browsing for nothing in particular.. but when i'm trying to find a specfic book, its tedious.
haha i was just thinking about this.. i haven't been able to finish Anne of Green Gables and Candide by Voltaire, while i already started another book today.. hm, i never did finish The Green Mile either.. i guess i just bring the book to school and read some of it during class and i usually get...
