    Stephen King: Dark Tower Series

It is great to see there is a new towerjunkie. I myself really got into the series with Wizard and Glass, I have loved all the books, but W&G is still my favorite. Maybe just because that was the book where I went from merely liking the books to falling in love with them. Well, long days and...

Really - and I mean truly - scary Books

Pet Semetary was the scariest thing I have ever read. The Shining, Gerald's Game, and Dean Koontz The Taking got me too.

    Banned Books?

The most amusing banned book I can think of is that Fahrenheit 451 is banned in some schools, I wonder if any of these school systems have read the book and can see the irony in that. I feel compelled to read any book that causes a public backlash.

    Saw II

This movie f****n rocks. That is all that can be said about it. The first one was good, but the story for this one is better and the ending is awesome.

    The most powerful films

Crash did that to me, it made me rethink how I treat people and how I act around them, and what others thought of me. And made me think of how we are all bonded together in this world.

    American History X

Edward Norton is one of my favorite actors and this is probably him at his best. It is a great performance and a great story, all topped off by an ending that knocks the wind out of you. Avery Brooks is very good too in this movie.

    House

I have never liked a medical drama, but I absolutely love House. Hugh Laurie is absolutely brillant. The rest of the cast is good too, but let's face facts we watch the show for Hugh Laurie.

    Overwhelmed

I have wrote a handful of short stories. I still have a couple of short stories in my head that I could write. But the story that is calling to me the most right now is definitely a novel. To give you a brief biography of my life. I am a full time college student, I work twenty plus hours a week...

Stephen King: The Dark Tower 1: The Gunslinger

I really loved all the stuff about Roland's youth. Roland is a character with such a deep and rich history it is hard to not be intrigued. If you enjoyed that part then you will really like the fourth book Wizard and Glass it is all about his youth and most of the book is taken up with a great...

    Prey

yes, thank you very much, I found your nitpicking very helpful. Writing has always felt very natural to me, but grammar never has. I thought the twist at the end was perfect, but about fifty percent of the people that read this figure it out long before it gets there, but I guess surprising...

I hate that most of the time, my guts are always Right-A Short Story

very excellent I loved it. The pacing was great, the story was original, and I did not see where that was going.

    The Wages of Sin

Let's digger a little deeper into the characters dispostions and thoughts and you may have something. It's simple and direct and I like that, but we need some more emotions here besides blind rage and fear.
