I like the Royal Family. They provide us with a good laugh!
Seriously, they do generate a lot of money through tourism. Other nations seem to lap them up ;)
Read Monkeerench although its called 'Want to Play' over here. Live Bait is next on my list to read. Never knew it was a mother-daughter writing team though.
95% of the time its just the one book. Have tried 2 but always ended up sticking to the one more and reading until its finished so it defeats the point of reading more than one.
I've tried.....got a few books i got from Audible.com on my iPod but just can't seem to get used to people reading to me  Not sure why.....would have thought it would have been ideal. I'll give it another go over the weekend.
Hi Sergo,
Dogtanian was a cartoon broadcast here in the late 80's. Full title was Dogtanian and the Three Muskahounds......obvioulsy based on the Dumas classic but featuring dogs :)
As for the underground, fortunately i have a car park space at work which is a rare and valuable commodity...
lol, perhaps I was poor with my wording! Only ever had one at a time. Just all of them seemed to be 'high maintenace! Enjoying the single life now
Looks very good. May order it.....gone a massive pile of unread books already though! Ahh.....what the hell....another one on the 'to be read' won't make any difference! :D
Thanks for the welcome guys and gals :)
Guess i should give a bit more background about myself.
Right....i'm 25 years old, work for one of the biggest financial organistions in the world (see profile) and i'm trying to get 'back into' books again. Used to be an avid reader a few years...
Going back on-topic, I read all 4 of Dan Brown's books in the space of a month. While very enjoyable, they all follow the same structure. Plus, I found the ending to Angels and Demons a complete mess. A true 'Hollywood' ending if there ever was one.
Saying that, i'm not going to criticise...
I've got the book sitting unread at the minute. Bought it after someone recommended it after I told them I had enjoyed The Dumas Club by Arturo Perez-Reverte. I'll get around to it at some point but got a bit of a backlog at the minute.....plus another 5 books on their way from Amazon as we...
Finally got around to watching it last night. Enjoyable but nothing spectacular. I thought Billie Piper played her role well but the jury is out on Eccleston for me at the minute.
If you go by todays papers, Eccleston has quit as the Doctor already.
Looking forward to seeing the daleks in...
