My family probably spends approximately $1000-$3000 on books each year. I'm serious. That is because we're all bookworms and we go to bookstores every weekend.
The only time I listen to audio books is when I was on a car going to shopping centres or some place and on a bus going to school. I do it just to kill the time that is often wasted by other kids! :)
I doubt that I have received any upgrade from MSN. It started with 250 MB storage for my e-mail address at the very beginning.
I think that's because I have MSN Premium Service (pay subscription).
I've just bought a textbook called Chemistry: Matter & Change. It's "quite" thick so I think it will take me about three weeks to a month to read it (almost a thousand pages!).
As you may have noticed, Science is one of my most favourite subjects and therefore I like to read books about it...
Approximately 90% of the books I've read are my own books! That means that I only borrow 10% of the books I've read from libraries! I enjoy going to bookstore more than I do going to libraries. Books in library are old and that's why I don't like them. Plus, I like to collect books and put them...
I read that book quite a long time ago. I'm very into it! I love it! I've re-read it over and over for more than 20 times! Every time I re-read the book, I feel like that I discover more and more meanings from the book. It's a very touching one! I really love it. It seems to simple but it's very...
This book sounds very interesting. I shall purchase a copy of it from Barnes and Noble tomorrow after-school. Thanks a lot for writing a very eloquent review, Novella! :)
I still don't understand that how you can say that she has not given this statement much thought and that she is lying and that she is delirious. I think I don't quite follow you on this one. There's nothing in her statement that can be interpreted as lies or unthoughtful. And no, there's no...
Statement 1:Let us assume the existence of God and given that He is omnipotent.
Statement 2: Since He is omnipotent, He can create anything He wants. Also, He can do everything.
Question: Can God create a stone that He cannot lift?
--> This would be undoubtedly contradictory.

Morality is the humankind's invention to keep their law in existence and their society in order. Right and wrong, which mainly determine morality, do not necessarily exist as nature's laws. Such things as "good" and "evil" don't, according to Nietzsche and other philosophers, truly exist outside...
I disagree. The information given in this presentation can be applied to everyone who has the need to be morally good or decent. It's not meant for those who want to be morally bad. Or those who ignore it.
I'm "forced" to have a pen-pal for French class. We exchanged letters with French students in Montpellier. It is sort of a new experience for me because I haven't done it before! I enjoy it though because I get to know how to write letters in French. That's the purpose. Also, I enjoy my pen-pal...
I just want to let you all know some of my opinions on this presentation. This presentation, as complicated and thoughtfully done as it is, has no metaphysical and epistemological values and purposes whatsoever; it only is a hope for humankind, a kind of ethical hope.
I highly doubt that God...
"For those who know me not", said God.
Enjoy the presentation, dear everyone.

And then tell me what you think about it. :)

Dear Salvaged,
Sorry I am to hear about your loss,
But remember at this place you still have us who love you the most.
I hope you will soon get over this,
For, with time the pain shall be dismissed.
Best wishes,
