Certainly, we are forced to read a lot of books in school. But that's why I asked which is the first you read and enjoyed.

What is the first novel you ever read that you truly enjoyed? How old were you when you read it? Why did you enjoy it so much?

Of course, cliches can be hard to define. Are you thinking plot twist cliches? Stock characters? One of my favorite recent suggestions has been Best Speculative Worlds. What do you think?

What books that you've read have the best cover art? Which covers are the most well done? Which ones are most truly evocative of the book inside? Which covers have had the power to pick up a book from the store shelf and give it a try?

We've had suggestions from other pages for Best Sidekicks, Best Villains, Best Short Stories and Best Genre Crossovers. What do you think of those options?

Try the library. I've found that the library will have a lot more out-of-print books more easily available than any book store.

I'd have to say that I enjoyed "the journey" of Ghostwritten more than the "destination". I felt that the ending fell a little flat.

What new tv shows have you watched this fall? Which ones have promise? Which did you try but didn't like? Which ones surprised you?

Fahrenheit 451 has been mentioned quite a lot. I think it has a good chance to place high. Maybe in the top ten. Why do you feel it deserves a top spot?
