    I never buy hardbacks at full price. I get them at least 30% to 40% off, or even better when I can find then at wholesale stores.

    No, it takes place 20+ years after Return of the Jedi. Han and Leia are married and have three children all studying to be Jedi, and Luke is married to Mara Jade. I believe the first book in the series is Vector Prime.
