Date Night - I was disappointed it wasn't as funny as I thought it would be. There was some good lines and the cast was good but I don't think the director too advantage of the casting. 6/10
Michael Connelly's The Closers. After this one, I will have finished all the Harry Bosch books. It's going to be sad. There are are stand alone books by Connelly I haven't read but I don't know if I can handle one without Bosch.
Michael Connelly's The Narrows - It's pretty much the sequel to The Poet. While it wasn't as good as the Poet it did bring closure to the villian. :stars4:
I wasn't impressed with this book. I only read because I read Ben Affleck was going to make a movie about it but guess it never happen. The plot was very predictable and since it was his debut I thought he really need to smooth out the edges a little bit. The characters weren't well develop...
I read Power Play a year back or so and I wasn't that impresssed. I might up Vanished down the road but I'm still sour about Power Play. It will probably be a bit as I have a stack of books I want to read.
I watched Dairy of a Wimpy Kid. It was nothing special and I've seen movies like this a million times before. I got about 45 mins in and had enough of it. I wasn't funny as the trailer let on. :stars2:
