I haven't read locke or hume so far....Since you say somebody who appreciates descartes will like them as well..I would read both of them on your recommendation as soon as I am done with the current book.would you suggest any work by these particularly??? :stars5:

I would say big five....:stars5: Because, I'm really enjoying the book...Hopefully ....will be reading more of him .I never read anything about him in school.I'm glad i decided to read this book. Sad to know ...he died that way...

I've read 'A Farewell to arms,The old man and the sea, For whom the bell tolls ....only . 'A Farewell to arms' was quite good.

Madame bovary by gustave flaubert I think it is a great book...i loved it...

'The great gatsby' is the most overrated book that I have read...I dont hate the book,but it wasnt as good as i thought it would be..

I too love the smell of books,though love the old better than new ones

i never had any book that was signed by the author...

I love all classics...i have read many of them.. and many more are on my list..still to be read..
