Talk about a tense book. I finished it today and I'm going to watch the movie tonight to see if it holds up. Action packed until the very end. The ending was kind of weak but it was a very warming moment.
If you haven't read it, I definitely recommend it!!!
I started this book a few days ago and am currently a little past half way through it.
The first thing that I have to say is how well the author pulls you into the story. I've always say that when a book brings out an emotion, good or bad, he is doing something right. I feel as if my mind is...

I've both read and saw each movie. I did miss that they left Tom Bombidile out of it but Peter Jackson did a pretty good...
Hi all!
My name is garyinhere ;)
I've always enjoyed reading and am currently reading The Exorcist. I've been on a mission lately and have been trying to only read books that have been converted into movies.
I've been stuck on tween books/movies though and am currently been trying to expand my...
I hate reviving old threads... I normally try to read the book before the movie and found this forum during my search.
I just finished The Martian and can't wait until it comes out on video! It was an excellent book and I apologize for not being able to give a review on the movie.
