I know you said you like tuff male leader but the Mercy Thompson novels by Patricia Briggs, she is a shapeshifting coyote and a fast moving series full of werewolf's and vampires with other mythical creatures, too, and she is so strong, physical and spiritual. I love it Briggs is making the...
if you need any other input just text and I'll see if I can help, :), you are a champ by putting thoughts to type. let me know when your finished, would love to read it and can't wait.
thank you so very much, I'm running thru my Cross series by James Patterson and Patricia Cornwell's Scarpetta Novels. I read what I could get my hands on, reading a choice from my works library, Tara Taylor Quinn's In Plain Sight, It had so many twists I felt like a screw, LOL, but it was...
Thanks, and yes I enjoyed Joe's storyline very much and I will start from the beginning when I can get a minute to order a few from the library, why ask for one when I know I will want two, or three. :) There are awesome characters in Box' books and am looking forward to flying thru this...
C. J. Box' - Joe Pickett Novel, "Blood Trail" is a really page turner, but I was half way thru the book before I realized it was in the middle of a series. Like most people I want to read the first thru the last in order. Now I have to go to the library and get the first 7 books to catch up...
I finished Cross by James Patterson, Blood Oath and The Fifth Profession both by David Morrell. Morrell wrote Rambo books- First Blood, Rambo (First blood Part II), Rambo III. The Fifth Profession is a very surprising story.
Hi, I am a new member, I really so read a lot, and I've found Jenny or Jen to be in more books than Mary, Nancy or Sue. Tammy is used a lot but Betty, Joan and Linda are very common too. :) Good luck.
Hi, I know you may not even be on this website anymore but The Circle Trilogy by Nora Roberts is a really good adventure. I know she isn't an author you would expect to read but it is a good vampire, werewolves, and lots of magic books. I didn't see some quick turns the story took but I own...
The Mercy Thompson Novels for a series still being written, have vampires, werewolves, and Mercy is a shape shifter. Then there is one called "You Suck" just got it and haven't read it yet. Will let you know if it any good:).
Hi, am not sure you would still want input on a book selection, the Mercy Thompson novels. It is a woman led character but she is a shape sifter (she turns into a coyote), and her leading men are vampires or werewolves. That doesn't include the witches and fairy (faye they are called in the...
I read the circle trilogy by Nora Roberts, starting with Morganna's Cross, you may have to check the spelling. Fantasy, time jumping a really good thrill ride, I say that because of the dragons that get rode in this series:) and the magic, I liked that the most
