Three weeks before Christmas and the radio stations are killing it with back to back Slade/Pogues/John Lennon/Greg Lake/Wizzard/Chris DeBurgh.......you get the (snow) drift!
See they hav got me at it now. They are brain washing us. Did you Know @Happy xmas (war is over)' is an anagram of...
The four little *******s next door to me are like the plague. They walk into my garden (this they can do because they destroyed my fence) and throw stuff at my windows, have daubed grafitti on my shed, been abusive to my visitors, knocked on my door for kicks and ran off (believe me they WILL get...
I read The Dead Zone many years ago and I loved it. Its always been one of my favourite books and one of these days I think I will give it another read.
Hope you enjoy it.
Then I shall continue. At the minute I am reading 'The Green Mile' and am totally hooked. I think thats always been my problem with King. When he is good he is brilliant, when he is off the boil he is mediocre.

CHAPTER 1
As traffic jams go this was a bad one. For over an hour the white van in which Alex Taylor had been working his way through London had moved a matter of feet. Around him people were taking stress to new...
Yeah I thought about that (I have the extended editions). But that would defeat the purpose of reading it I guess.
Think I'm just going to have to go for it.
It was more a case of other things distracting me at the time I was reading 'Fellowship'. And picking it up again after kept being put off until I wondered if I should reread the first book.
I tend to go through periods where I read little and then, like now, cant stop reading. There have...
