    Pirates of the Caribbean 2

"I totally agree about the tentacle fetish, and also a strange fascination for rolling people about in circular contraptions... But there was a bit too much Will Turner and a bit too little Captain Jack!" You got it pardner...hahahaha! They film look too silly, yet interesting. I love it...

    Review: Casino Royale

Casino Royale could have been superb if acted by the ex - James Bond, Pierce Brosnam. He's the perfect spy. Cool, sexy and someone who oozes it. Just looking at the guy speak, perform, walk, and in action makes me say "Perfect!" Unlike Mr. Daniel Craig who look less like a spy and more like a...

    James Patterson

Patterson is a lost writer, in a tunnel of non-creativity, looking for unseeming ideas. I have read most of his works, they have the same pattern. Similar style. Usual plot. Same story line like you'd see in any boring cartoon. And the same silly ending. I hate to appear very boorish on this...

    John Grisham

Well, ah, Grisham isn't that very hot, but I love him, because he writes what appeal to guys. His earlier books are wonderful, except for new books like The Brethen which would make you smile alot, and the King of Torts. And besides, who wouldn't love to read about a guy who lucky bagged 100...

    Ken Follett

Follet seems to always come out stunning whenever he's writing about class struggle and power. Eye of the Needle & The Pillars of the Earth are too publication miracles. I've tried his other books, they don't seem to be written by the same man who wrote the 2 above.

    John Sandford

I have checked the entire thread, or did I miss John Sandford? Read almost all his Prey series, and I think the follow are just too cool! MIND PREY EASY PREY MORTAL PREY SUDDEN PREY SECRET PREY CERTAIN PREY CHOSEN PREY HIDDEN PREY BROKEN PREY The Kidd series are also nice page...

    Dan Brown

Ah, come on! Dan Brown is just another "Media entity" like Britney Spears. I have read all his works, atimes, thinking something must have been wrong with me for not enjoying it, because his books are everywhere! But to be candid, working in a very big state library for the past 5 years, I have...

    Stephen King

I am lost when it comes to King. I don't know if its just me, but I think he's selfish when it comes to expression. It seems as if he's writing to himself, and wouldn't care less to carry readers along. Only his Dark Tower series did fine with me.... but I long stopped trying any more of his...

    Jeffrey Archer

I don't know what he's done....don't care if he's made some statement or hurts some super souls like Mel Gibson, but to be deeply candid, Archer is a wonderful writer. I think there's a very big similarity between him and Ken Follett, if I am right..... Read Kane and Abel, then judge him.

    David Baldacci

Yah, could only read page 1-50 of all his works. I wonder how he ever got any of them published. And the funny thing is that he's also one of the Ny Best Selling author. If you think I'm jerking you around, try any of his books.

    Wilbur Smith

Smith is Great! A Writer who'd won the heartfelt support and love of Adventure Junkies like me. His works are mostly political and racial, with enough twist and turn to make Indiana Jones look like a kindagarten adventure book! The best so far are River God & The Monsoon. I wouldn't recommend...

    Dean Koontz

5 years back, I'd have quivered at the mere mention of Koontz's name, but now, I think he's losing it. Errr, or maybe its just me. Well, his best works are Lightening, Watchers, Twilight Eyes, Face of Fear and the Snow Series, to metion a bit. His worst works are Frankenstein, Odd Thomas, The...
