Hi everyone!
I have made up a poem please tell me what you think!
Creak ...
Oh dear. A sound on the stair.
I could tell mummy, but she won't care.
She'll say there's no monsters,
She'll say go to bed,
She'll tell me and tell me
It's all in my head.
Shivering and squirming,
I try to calm down,
It could come in now,
Dressed as some clown.
Out with the claw,
As it tears through my flesh,
Screaming and crying,
As blood flows, fresh.
My face would go pale,
And then it would feed ...
But 't'would not be enough,
As grow does It's greed.
I now start screaming,
Another creak on the stair,
My ears are ringing,
"Beware! BEWARE!"
I just want my Mummy,
To tell me I'm wrong,
To turn on the light,
And say there's no King Kong.
To tell me and tell me,
There's no Creeping Freak,
There's no It or no Clown,
It a mouse,
A squeak.
I scream!
It's sudden,
I'm shocked myself,
Mum comes running,
And bangs into a shelf.
Then comes Dad,
Who tumbles and falls,
And climbing the stairs,
I see trouble calls.
Up comes Freddy,
Who I 'saw in a dream',
A creature,
Evil,
Who is real, it does seem.
Daddy and Mummy.
I see them cry.
I see them ripped,
I see them scream ...
I see them die.
