It's a newly published book. Two brothers have built this boat (ship) and equipped it with a couple of balloons to carry it aloft. The time is that of the Spanish Inquisition. Not an ideal time to be seeking knowledge of the world including a flight to the north pole! The cover has a picture of the ship with the two balloons and some sort of wing-like things rather than oars to propel the craft.
Can anyone name the book, or the author? The Author's name is two very short words -- probably not european. Maybe an eastern sort of name.
