Who wants to shout to the world that is suffering from mental health problems? It seems that Jason Pegler does. “A Can of Madness” is an astonishing autobiography about a young man who refuses to be treated as a second-class citizen. He refuses to be stigmatized by his illness and manages to turn it into a positive, challenging and inspiring source for him and the rest of the world. His intimate and intense writing immerses the reader into a passionate journey through his remarkable life until the age of 27.

I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Sounds like an interesting story. Unfortunately, we still have a problem with those who have mental health problems. It's ironic that people accept physical problems and inabilities, but view it as being impossible that something, anything might be wrong mentally due to a chemical imbalance, experience, or other circumstance. It's good that this young man has been so vocal. If more people were to do so, it would be less of a stigma as people in every family have a relative who suffers from depression, anxiety, or other problems.
