Aye, 'twas fabulous!! Saw the sites (our hotel was 5 mins from the Colloseum and the other Roman stuff, which was fantastic!!), the old Roman stuff (im an archaeologist, so i had to see it all really!), the Vatican (the Pope was not around sadly!), etc...

It was a great break!!

Unfortuantely, now im back in the real world and have to go back to work tomorrow :mad:

I just know how to treat a girl right ... take her to a posh restaurant .. give her flowers ... ply her with wine and song ... kiss her on the ... erm .... cheek :)

Just for the record, a bloody expensive valentine-weekend too! Money well spent though (unlike the house, car and nice job, which have yet to materialise by magic .. Im still waiting on those! :))

I try very hard, but it has this habit of coming and licking my face when im not looking!! (which is rather unpleasant, as she's generally just finished her meal of whatever godforsaken stuff my fiancee feeds her on!!)
