Does anyone here ever remember reading a juvenile book about a boy who had a flying bicycle?

After posting in this thread - http://forums.thebookforum.com/showthread.php?t=8657, I've been trying to remember other books I read in my youth. The only books I can remember reading are The Four-Story Mistake and the two Mad Scientists' books by Brinley.

I found the last two books after reading "The Strange Sea Monster of Strawberry Lake". I was completely hooked after that and I was very disappointed that Brinley's third and fourth books were impossible to get.

Anyway, thanks for all feedback.
