Books about becoming an adult

Hi there!

I'm looking for non-fiction books about growing up, taking responsibility and becoming an adult.

I'm not looking for biographies or books for teenagers or parents. The target group should be students / young people in their early 20s.

Fire in the Belly by Sam Keen. Written for men but the gals could enjoy it I guess. Got a little spiritual in the end if I remember it correctly but still a good read.

I'll have to check that out too. The only coming of age book i remember is "Are you there God, it's me Margaret" and i read that in the 6th grade.
