I read these really cool books by Barb Huff called the perfect girl and the backup singer. They're part of a series and they are AWESOME! Now I want to read some more Christian fiction. Suggestions?

The Chronicles of Narnia - Series
You have probably already heard of this and/or read it. It's very popular and I really loved it when I read it.

This Present Darkness
A very entertaining book. Not sure if it's your style though.

Jack Weyland is a very popular LDS author. His stuff is pretty good and it doesn't go very deep into religious ideas. I'd recommend his stuff.
