DC Comics/Marvel Comics/suggestions

Do any of you guys read either of these? Ive been getting in loads of reviews lately on them and especially the batman ones catch my eyes!! Some seem pretty dark!

Ive had a dabble at some of the manga just to widen my variety (when i have time) but just wondered if anyone has any suggestions to what might be a good start?? (dont say the beginning )

Hey there! I like Marvel myself so i'd say go for Ironman: I Am Ironman as a start, having snooped through your Marvel reviews. I chose to read that one after watching the film (the stories are the same) so yeah, that.

You've got quite a collection of reviews going there, by the way. Awesome!

yea thanks!! its what people have submitted to the site so its pretty cool i get to check over first and it gives me a chance to look them up!

I think i better set aside some time and then check a bunch of them out!

Anything Gotham is a win for me!

I'm a huge DC Vertigo fan: Sandman, Fables, etc.

For Batman, I've read & loved; in no particular order:

• The Killing Joke
• Year One
• Joker
• Long Halloween (my first Absolute edition!)
• What Ever Happened to the Caped Crusader
• Batman R.I.P.
• Batman & Dracula: Red Rain
• Arkhan Asylum by Morrison

There are others, can't think of 'em right now.
