Plot: Victor Helios(Frankenstein)is now planning to rule the world. But how can he do that with all his creations falling a part? Well, with this the first part of Koontz's Frankenstein series has drawn to a close,and we'll see if it went out with a bang.
My opinion: Now some of this book is top-notch suspense thriller,then the other half is dedicated to some babbling idiot named Jocko(no lie)who brought my rating from 4 to a 3,to just about close to a 2. Anyway,the rest of the book was alright. I heard there's a 4th one that is out,but I'm in no hurry to get to it.
