Does Anyone know the title of this book?

i read a book about two years ago and have been trying to remember the title and author for a while.
its main character is a girl called claire campbell who was burnt in a fire.
the cover was bue with an old ffashioned locket.
sorry i cant remember more but can anyone help me please?

Is it Desires and Deceptions by Jasmine Cresswell? The description says it's about Claire Campbell and it includes a deadly fire. I hope that helps
