A great article from Slate on the speculated demise of the e-reader.

The killer of the e-reader is alleged to be the smartphone as well as the all purpose tablet. Is there a market JUST for a reader without the bells and whistles functions?

Holy Flying Manure.....I'm so underwhelmed....ones that use ereaders read so much more than paper book people. 24 books instead of 15 a year. Jeez.
