Emily Brontë: Wuthering Heights

Hello, I want to start reading Wuthering Heights. I'm searching for a sad romance book(sad like Butterfly Effect 1 movie, not needs time travel), is Wuthering Heights that book? I don't like romance books that doesn't have anything but romance, i like something more in a sad way.

Well WUTHERING HEIGHTS does have a lot of sadness in it, but it's also what I would describe as quite a "dark" story, as well.

I wouldn't classify Wuthering heights as Romance but it definitely is sad. Its just my opinion though. Instead of love calling it a hate story would be more appropriate. But you should definitely give it a read.
