Has anyone read Chimp Paradox by Dr Steve Peters? Is it worth reading?

Hi All, found a great interview today with Dr Steve Peters the author of 'The Chimp Paradox', I thought that his concepts sounded really interesting. Just wondered if anyone has read it?
