I am an author with 2 published novels. I am currently working on book 3 in the Sorcerer series.

I am interested in what readers think about the paranormal in general, and books in the genre.

I love it! I'm definitely a fan of the macabre/paranormal; I have a few stories out there myself on the subject. I've tried to write other things, but they always end up creepy.

I get ya Lovecraftian. I tried to write a normal book and it turned into something sort of science fictiony....was really going for normal YA fiction. YA is wide open though...almost anything can be categorized as YA.

Although paranormal isn't really my thing, Vivian Vande Velde writes some ghost stories that are quite good.

Yes, writing in a different genre can get tricky, especially when one has a ghost, like I do, who will not get out of my head.
