Help finding Title!!

I read this book along time ago... around 1985 or so. It was about a young man who follows his older brother's killer to Vietnam to avenge his death.

The boys' family and another family have a blood fued going, kinda like the Hatfield and McCoys.

I have no idea what the title is. Would appreciate any help.
