help! looking for joan aiken bk

Hi everyone
I am curently desperately looking for a childhood book by joan aiken . i think the title is A Touch of Chill but i may be wrong... i remember that it's a hardcover with a cover illustration of a gothic-looking blue cake with skulls / hands (can't remember which) on it . i know it's a collection of spooky tales. can anyone help me with this?
is the title correct?

fact is the cover illustration has been on my mind ever since.. cant remember much else....
