Judge Henry Cecil Leon was a real-life English County Court judge in the mid 20th century and he has written several humourous novels related to the Law and the funny ways in which it works. As an author, he has a particular talent in thinking up of ingenious plots related to litigation and how people tend to stretch it (both legally and illegally) to achieve their own ends.
