If you don't read much you should try some short story collections first.
Or those japanese comics, with pictures, it seems some adults like them.
 
Hi! I was never an avid reader until I got a kindle. Then I began to read and little by little read more and more. Now I love to read. It's an escape and I look forward to it after a crazy and stressful day :):)
