I'm looking forward to reading the Christopher Hitchens memoir this summer. I expect it will be available heavily discounted in hardback but I'm more interested in a paperback. Not wanting to wait another year, does anyone know the likelihood of this coming out as a trade paperback/airport edition? I believe the UK published is Atlantic.
