How do I make screenshots?

How can I make screenshots from movies and highscores of online games?

You probably have a key on your keyboard called [prt scr] or print screen, something like that, press that and start paint or a program like it and paste [crtl]+[v] .. then you should be able to save the picture.

Hm. I found the button but my screenshots of movies keep on moving after saving them as a bitmap.

I just tried and got the same thing, so I tried finding an answer but I couldn't find a really easy one. The one I did get was http://www.fraps.com/ where they have a program that can do it. Not perfect but I'll post if I find a better solution, if someone else haven't.
