I got an advanced copy of this book at work.

It's a memoir about Josh who is an ad executive during the day and a drag queen named Aqua at night. At first I hadn't realized it was a memoir, but I really enjoyed it.

Josh/Aqua meets and falls in love with a male escort named Jack. As Jack becomes addiction to crack Josh finds himself having to make a tough decision.

It wouldn't sound like it, but at the core of this memoir is a really touching, honest love story. It's also the story of a person trying to find himself in a big new city, while that shelf is divided into 2 very distinct people.

The narrative was very honest, and very funny.

I thought it was just going to be a quick, fun read but ended up really enjoying and relating to the author.

I emailed the Harper Collins rep who had her email on the back of the galley to tell her how much I enjoyed the book.

She forwarded my email to the author, and he took the time to email me and thank me for reading his book.

That made me really happy :)
