Pretty amazing, liked the little girl who was keeping perfect time beating on that exercise ball.

I'm a drummer. I'm pretty good, not the best. I keep time well and know a few tricks.

But seeing stuff like this makes me wonder why I haven't carved my wrists and slipped away in some seedy motel room, my last cigarette sending a spiral toward the ceiling in a cracked glass ashtray.

A novel. I've written a ton of shorts but this novel idea came to me one night, so I'm writing it.
