I'm looking for a book about, a women in ireland who was raped, and fell pregnant, she also had kids. she was sent away to be looked after by the nuns where she had to do a number of chores whilst heavily pregnant. when she finally gave birth the baby came out mixed race and the nuns wouldn't touch him, she had to make a drastic decision because she knew that if she got the baby adopted he would have a harsh life, she decided to leave her kids behind to take care of the new baby.
