Anyone read any of the "Amos Walker" books by this author?
"Scooter13" had told me that he was the exception and not the rule (my interpretation of his thoughts) when it comes to the way the mystery writers approach their craft.
The intent was, to read a mystery that didn't reveal the criminal til the end.......instead of telling me up front "whodunit" and then spending the rest of the book describing how he/she gets caught.
I've ordered the first in the series, "Motor City Blue" and had a chance on Amazon.com to read the opening pages. Looks like a good read.
Anyone have any additional positives or negatives to offer about this author? Any other authors you know of who don't reveal the criminal til the end?
thanks,
