Has anyone read The Crimson Petal and the White?
I honestly ONLY purchased the book because it was long. I needed a quick purchase and it was the first one I laid eyes on.
I will admit that it was really well done, but I hated the ending so much, I threw the book. I have never had that reaction before.
Anyone else read it and have a similar feeling?
(I am now half curious, half uninterested in anything Faber has written.)
