I love their songs with Skye as their singer, but she left the band in 2004 =(
She has one of the best voices i have ever heard.

Well...good question. I would say techno-jazz. Others may disagree.

I like bands like that. No one should do just one thing and stick to it firmly. They should experiment.

If you have never listened to Morcheeba before, I recommend the album Big Calm as your first introduction to their music.

I would also recommend Big Calm. I haven't listened to Morcheeba in a while, but was really into them during my Portishead, Massive Attack, Sneaker Pimps, Mono, Tricky, Lamb, Stereolab, etc. phase. I thought they were considered trip-hop, good music to chill to. Haven't heard any of their recent stuff. Will have to give it a listen.
