My mom just had a run-in with her bank over a change in routing numbers. She is now looking for a good book on modern banking and how it all works, because she has no understanding of the concepts and it puts her at a disadvantage. Is there a book out there (or maybe a website?) that explains the system? Maybe a personal finance book that has a chapter on it or something?
